A request for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction shall be submitted to the website using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of these terms.
Refunds, changes, or cancellations of an order will be possible with a monetary refund or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
The monetary refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used to place the order.
If the refund, change, or cancellation is requested after 14 days from receiving the order, a request for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction will be permitted at the sole discretion of the website.
Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written notification from the website confirming it.
In the event that a refund, change, or cancellation is made because the customer changed their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the website: The customer must return the product to the website in the condition in which they received it;
The product has not been used in any way;
The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of transaction;
The product will be returned by the customer to the website's address, and the costs involved in returning the order will be borne by the customer;
A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be charged.
The return of food products will not be possible, in accordance with the provisions of Section 14c(d)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
In the event that a refund, change, or cancellation is made due to a product defect, the responsibility for collecting or replacing the defective product from the place it was delivered shall fall upon the website.
A product defined as defective by the customer will be examined by the website. If, after examination by the website, the product is found to be in working order and/or the defect occurred after the customer received the product as a result of unreasonable use, the customer will not receive a monetary refund and will have the option to request that the product be sent back to them subject to paying shipping fees again.
The provisions of these terms and conditions and this section are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
