Additionally, on the Website you can find a wide range of content, articles, a blog, and information in the field of pet grooming, and users can leave their details to contact the Website ("the Content" and/or "the Information"). Furthermore, the Website provides information about the unique products offered for purchase, product prices, and shipping policy.

The Website reserves the right to change the range of products and/or services or discontinue them or change the price of products and/or services offered on and off the Website, without prior notice.
- When placing an order on the Website, you are responsible for providing correct, accurate, current, and complete information. The Website may verify the details entered after an order is placed, and may cancel or limit the order at any time. If payment was made for a canceled order, the Website will refund the payment amount to the same payment method.
- If, for any reason, the credit card company refuses to transfer the payment amount for a purchase on the Website, the Website shall be entitled to immediately suspend or discontinue the provision of the service and may demand payment plus any costs incurred by the Website due to the refusal (including penalties from a third party) by other means, at the Website's discretion. Benefits granted to club members and/or registered users (hereinafter: "Club Members")
- All Club Members will be entitled to participate in promotions that the Website will conduct from time to time for Club Members and to enjoy the benefits embodied therein. The Website may limit and/or update from time to time the scope of benefits in these promotions and condition them on specific terms for each promotion.
- The Website may limit discounts and/or promotions and/or benefits granted to Club Members and exclude product categories on which no discount will be given and prohibit stacking promotions, at its sole discretion. The Website may also manage different benefits on the Website and in stores at its sole discretion.
The website may provide additional benefits to customer groups, either on its own or in cooperation with other commercial entities, all at its sole discretion. This includes providing additional benefits to customers who joined the club by a certain date as determined and/or to be determined by the website. The website is also entitled to charge annual membership fees in different amounts from customers who joined by a certain date and thereafter.
To remove doubt, it is clarified that the website may change the scope of benefits for club members from time to time at its absolute discretion. The website is not obligated to notify club members of changes to the scope of benefits and/or changes to the terms of the regulations.
A purchase where the payment method was not honored and/or not actually settled will not entitle the member to the discounts given to club members, and the website will be entitled to cancel credits and demand full payment for purchases that were not actually settled at any time.
To remove doubt, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, there are no double discounts and/or promotions.
Delivery Policy:
- The website will arrange for the delivery of an order placed on the website to any location agreed upon by the parties when placing the order on the website.
- Orders within the State of Israel will be processed and delivered within the following timeframes:
  - Up to 4 business days via home delivery;
  - Self-pickup from the website's address, after receiving notification and by prior arrangement only.
  - There may be delays in deliveries to remote areas (Golan Heights, Eilat, Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line, etc.).

"Business day" - Sunday to Thursday, excluding national holidays, eve of holidays, and days when banks in Israel are closed.

The cost of the order does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost may be updated from time to time according to what is stated when placing the order on the website.
The website may set a minimum order amount on the website.
In the event that an item ordered on the website is out of stock, the website will notify the customer. If the customer is unavailable, the website will send the order without the missing item.
If the customer is not present at home when the courier arrives, at the pre-arranged time, the order will be returned and sent again after the customer pays additional shipping fees.
The provisions of Section 12.6 above shall not apply if the customer indicates in the order or thereafter that they agree for the order to be left at the door or with a neighbor whose name is specified in the order. The sole responsibility arising from leaving products at the door or with a neighbor, as stated above, shall rest with the customer.
Delivery of orders will be possible subject to the following conditions:
- There is reasonable accessibility to the order location;
- The website (including its courier company) performs distribution in that area;
- If it is an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that cannot be reached without special permission and/or where there is no organized registration of streets and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.
The website will not be responsible for any delay and/or deferment in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused as a result of:
- Force majeure and/or events beyond the website's control;
- Reasons related to the website's courier company;

Return, Change, and Cancellation Policy:
- Requests for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction should be submitted to the website using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of these terms.
- Refunds, changes, or cancellations of an order will be possible as a monetary refund or exchange within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used to place the order.
- If the refund, change, or cancellation is requested after 14 days from receipt of the order, a request for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction will be possible subject to the sole discretion of the website.
- Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written confirmation from the website.
- In the event that a return, change, or cancellation is made because the customer had a change of mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and was approved by the website:
  - The customer must return the product to the website in the condition in which it was received;
  - The product has not been used in any way;
  - The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of transaction;
  - The product will be returned by the customer to the website's address, and the costs associated with returning the order will be borne by the customer;
  - A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be charged.
- Food products cannot be returned, in accordance with the provisions of Section 14C(d)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- In the event that a return, change, or cancellation is made due to a product defect, the responsibility for collecting or replacing the defective product from the place of delivery shall fall on the website.
- A product defined as defective by the customer will be examined by the website. If, after examination by the website, the product is found to be in working order and/or the defect occurred after the customer received the product as a result of unreasonable use, the customer will not receive a refund and will be able to request that the product be sent back to them subject to paying additional shipping fees.
- The provisions of these terms and this section are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Jurisdiction:
- This policy and the use of the website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, however, the international private law rules stipulated therein shall not apply.
- The courts in the Central District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or related to the regulations and/or legal disputes that may arise between you and the website.
