• A request for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction shall be submitted to the website using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of these terms.
  • Refunds, changes, or cancellations of an order will be possible with a monetary refund or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • The monetary refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used to place the order.
  • If the refund, change, or cancellation is requested after 14 days from receiving the order, a request for a refund, change, or cancellation of a transaction will be permitted at the sole discretion of the website.
  • Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written notification from the website confirming it.
  • In the event that a refund, change, or cancellation is made because the customer changed their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the website: The customer must return the product to the website in the condition in which they received it;
  • The product has not been used in any way;
  • The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of transaction;
  • The product will be returned by the customer to the website's address, and the costs involved in returning the order will be borne by the customer;
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be charged.
  • The return of food products will not be possible, in accordance with the provisions of Section 14c(d)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  • In the event that a refund, change, or cancellation is made due to a product defect, the responsibility for collecting or replacing the defective product from the place it was delivered shall fall upon the website.
  • A product defined as defective by the customer will be examined by the website. If, after examination by the website, the product is found to be in working order and/or the defect occurred after the customer received the product as a result of unreasonable use, the customer will not receive a monetary refund and will have the option to request that the product be sent back to them subject to paying shipping fees again.
  • The provisions of these terms and conditions and this section are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
